Terms of Service

Last updated: August 30, 2026

1. About Availy

Availy is an online booking platform that helps service businesses and professionals manage appointment availability and receive bookings from their customers.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Availy, including our website, booking pages, management features, and integrations. By accessing or using Availy, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who uses Availy

Availy may be used by businesses and professionals who offer services through the platform, as well as customers who use public booking pages to schedule appointments.

Access to management features is restricted to users authorized by the relevant business. Public customers do not need an Availy account to make a booking unless a feature explicitly requires one in the future.

3. Accounts and access

Authorized business users may sign in using supported authentication providers, including Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account you use to access Availy.

You must not attempt to access another business's management area, data, calendars, or other restricted features without authorization.

4. Google Calendar integration

Availy allows authorized professionals to connect Google Calendar in order to support appointment scheduling.

When a professional chooses to connect Google Calendar, Availy may use authorized Google Calendar permissions to:

  • display calendars available to the professional;
  • check busy periods in selected calendars to calculate booking availability; and
  • create booking-related events in the calendar selected by the professional.

Use of Google user data is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Bookings

Availy provides technology that allows customers to request and confirm appointments with businesses using the platform.

The business providing the service remains responsible for the appointment itself, including the service provided, pricing, payment arrangements, cancellation conditions, customer communication, and any other terms that apply to the service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking.

6. Payments

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Availy does not process payments between customers and service providers. Payment methods, timing, refunds, and related conditions are determined by the individual business providing the booked service.

7. Business responsibilities

Businesses using Availy are responsible for ensuring that the information displayed on their booking pages is accurate and lawful, including service descriptions, prices, availability, contact information, and customer-facing policies.

Businesses are also responsible for complying with laws and professional requirements that apply to the services they provide.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Availy to:

  • violate applicable laws or regulations;
  • access data or accounts without authorization;
  • interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the platform;
  • introduce malicious software or attempt to exploit the platform;
  • use Availy to send fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content.

9. Third-party services

Availy relies on third-party services to provide certain functionality, including services such as Google for authentication and calendar integration and other infrastructure or communication providers.

Your use of third-party services may also be governed by the terms and policies of those providers. Availy is not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

10. Availability of the service

We aim to keep Availy reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or other circumstances.

Features may be modified, added, suspended, or removed as Availy develops.

11. Intellectual property

Availy and its software, design, branding, and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Businesses retain responsibility for and ownership of content they provide to Availy, such as business names, descriptions, images, logos, and service information.

12. Suspension and termination

Access to Availy may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated, if continued access creates a security or legal risk, or if the service relationship with a business ends.

13. Disclaimer

Availy provides booking and scheduling technology. Availy does not provide the professional services advertised or delivered by businesses using the platform and is not responsible for the quality, suitability, outcome, or performance of those services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Availy is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that every feature will always operate without interruption or error.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Availy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, third-party services, missed appointments, or disputes between customers and businesses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

15. Privacy

Information about how Availy handles personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Availy develops or when legal, technical, or operational requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
